Order Cancellation

After placing an order/order enquiry, customer is not allowed to cancel the order under any circumstances



Customer is liable to receive a refund only in the event of receiving a) Damaged product b) Incorrect product i.e. product is different from the one ordered
In order to receive a refund, customer must ‘Raise a Complaint’ under ‘My Order Status’ section for the concerned order ID and upload an image as a supporting evidence within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our technical team will evaluate the complaint and accordinly create a refund request. Please note, all rights to generate a refund rests solely with JK Paper Limited. Terms of Use

You agree and acknowledge that JIA is an online chatbot that enables you to purchase the products listed on JIA at the indicated price at any time from the serviceable locations. In order to use JIA and avail the Services, you will have to register on JIA. Registration is a one-time process and is free of cost. You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Please do not share any OTP or order details with anyone else. Please note that JK Paper Limited at all times reserves the right to refuse your access to JIA, terminate/deactivate your account, remove or edit content on JIA, at its discretion.



Any online payment made on JIA is fully secure by virtue of our RBI approved payment gateway partner. We offer multiple modes of payment which will be displayed during order placement process to the customer. Please note, we do not store or share any card information at our end.


Data Privacy

Data Privacy Policy sets out the type of information collected from the Users, including the nature of the Sensitive Personal Data or Information (defined hereinafter), the purpose, means and modes of usage of such information and how and to whom we shall disclose or transfer such information.

We may collect a variety of information from you, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and contact preferences, including any other usage and interaction details with JIA. We may collect such information which when combined with other pieces of information available with us could reasonably allow you to be identified (“Personal Information”).


By accessing, using, browsing, or purchasing on JIA and/or by submission of Information (and in case of a minor – submission of your Information either by your parents or your guardian), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, possession, dealing, handling, sharing, disclosure or transfer of your Information in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy.

Please note we do not offer the Products under this App outside India, however, you may be able to access or browse JIA from outside the Republic of India. Your Information will primarily be stored and processed in India and may be governed by the applicable laws (including data protection laws) that are different from those that apply in the country in which you are located.


Shipping & Delivery

We partner with third party logistics service providers in order to effectuate Product shipping and delivery to you (“Logistics Partners”). The Products are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 days of receiving the Order on JIA. You agree and understand that though we endeavour to ship and deliver our Products all across India, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of areas which are unserviceable for delivery of Products, from time to time. We or our Logistics Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on JIA in such cases. We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you.

While we make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:

(a) Logistics issues beyond our control;
(b) Unsuitable weather conditions;
(c) Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
(d) Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
(e) Other unforeseeable circumstances.


Communication & Opt-out

You understand that once you have shared your Account Information and successfully registered on JIA, you may receive SMS or email notifications from us relating to your registration and transactions on JIA.

You may also receive such notifications regarding any marketing / promotional activities that maybe available on JIA from time to time. By sharing your Account Information and registering on JIA and/ or verifying your contact number with us, you explicitly consent to receive marketing/ promotional communications (through call, SMS, email or other digital and electronic means) from us.

JIA may also send notifications and reminders with respect to the Services on JIA. While we endeavor to provide these notifications and reminders to you promptly, we do not provide any guarantee and will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to send such notifications/reminders to you.
You can opt-out from receiving marketing/ promotional communications, newsletters and other notifications from JIA at any time by following the instructions set out in such communications.
